**Salary**:£22,800 per annum
**CityFleet** is looking for an organised and proactive **Passenger Assistant Coordinator** to join our growing Commercial team. If you excel in coordination and have a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team. Based in the Wirral but supporting our operations across the Northwest, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our passenger assistant services.
About You:
- Experience in a similar or equivalent role (e.g. Administrative Assistant, Transport Coordinator).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident, engaging, friendly and polite.
- Proactive and resourceful attitude.
- Commutable to the Wirral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily movements of passenger assistants.
- Serve as the main contact for passenger assistants, transport teams, schools, and stakeholders.
- Handle disruptions, sickness cover, and ensure accurate booking and trip records.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, documentation, and report creation.
- Engage with clients and customers to resolve queries.
- Create, maintain and reconcile reports, statements and invoices.
Previous experience in the taxi or transportation industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
