At KFH we are looking for a divisional coordinator to join our Land and New Homes team in London Bridge.
At KFH our coordinators sit at the heart of our network; supporting new homes negotiators and managers daily allowing everyone to achieve high quality customer service. Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that has a marketing eye for presentation of our new developments online, can collaborate with others, share their administration knowledge and skills. You will report to our New Homes Sales Manager.
**Responsibilities of a divisional coordinator include**:
- Use and maintain KFH’s CRM where required
- Produce and issue all necessary paperwork for clients and solicitors
- Ensure all compliance procedures are met
- Communicate with third party companies
- Communicate with KFH’s Accounts department for payments
- Provide high levels of customer service
- Support negotiators, managers and directors
