Residential Duty Warden

**The Role**:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is looking for a Permanent Residential Duty Warden to become a key member of our team at the Fleetwood Nautical Campus. If you are dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive living environment for students, this could be the perfect role for you You will play a vital part in supporting students throughout their time with us, ensuring they feel secure, engaged, and empowered.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Supporting student well-being by fostering a safe and positive residential experience.
- Enforcing college policies, managing incidents, and providing immediate support for welfare and medical concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records, reporting issues, and ensuring smooth handovers to maintain high operational standards.
- Supervising daily operations within student accommodation, including key distribution, CCTV monitoring, and event coordination.
- Assisting new students with comprehensive inductions and ensuring they understand and follow college guidelines.
