**Cover Supervisor**

**Location**:Sunderland

**Salary**:£79-£100 per day

Do you have overseas teaching experience or are you a teaching assistant looking to further your career? Are you ready for the next step or looking to use your unqualified teacher experience?

An
**‘outstanding’** secondary with excellent resourced provision in Sunderland is looking to appoint a confident and experienced cover supervisor to join their growing team.

The main duties will include:

- Supporting the pupils in their education
- Teaching and managing the behaviour of up to 28 pupils during lesson time
- Working with a teachers to deliver their planning and resources
- Supporting the planning and delivery of creative and innovative lessons
- Promoting independence with life skills
- Providing an outstanding level of safeguarding and pastoral care
- Be available for work Monday to Friday
- Have experience as a teaching assistant
- Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with ourselves)
- A fully checkable work history
- In addition to that, we are currently offering £100 for the successful referral of either Teachers or Teaching Assistants._
