**New Directions is currently seeking Agency Care Workers to work in the Ammanford area.**

Since 2010 ND Care & Support have provided a range of bespoke care services for children, young adults, adults and older people throughout Wales. We are a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

**About the role**:

- Supporting with personal care to promote well-being.
- Supporting with medication.
- Food preparation and support with a health balanced diet.
- Light domestic tasks (laundry, cleaning etc.)
- Companionship.
- Shopping.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in the care sector would be advantageous but isn’t essential as we provide full training and support to all of our staff.
- A caring and compassionate person, with a passion for supporting the most vulnerable people in our community.
- Someone with a calm and flexible approach to work.
- You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
- Someone who is happy to travel within the community to provide care.
