Maintenance Planning Coordinator

**Location**: Darlington, with the option for hybrid working after successfully completing probation.
**Contract**: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
**Salary**: £22,369.35 per annum.

As a **Scheduling Coordinator**, you will be responsible for managing maintenance schedules for our Fleet Managed Customers, ensuring vehicles are serviced and compliant six weeks in advance. This includes organising key maintenance events such as MOTs, services, and tail-lift checks, ensuring nothing becomes overdue.

**Role Overview**:

- Booking vehicles on behalf of customers.
- Sending cleansed data to customers, allowing them to book their own vehicles or provide us with dates.
- Contacting drivers directly to arrange bookings.
- Handling daily communications with customers and suppliers.
- Updating Fleet Dynamix with holidays, shift patterns, new technicians, and skill sets.

**About You**
- Experience with Excel _(preferred but not essential, as training will be provided)._
- Organisational skills _(to manage vehicle maintenance responsibilities effectively)._
- Customer service experience _(helpful for building strong customer relationships)._
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
