**Who are Excess Baggage?** We are a leading provider of airport and rail station baggage services. We have been offering baggage storage and shipping facilities, as well as a variety of other services, to the travelling public for more than 30 years. **What is the opportunity?** We are looking for Customer Service Agent to work at our locations in Stansted Airport. Weekend work, as well as early and late shifts, are all part of the shift pattern. As the main point of contact to our customers, you will be skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through by providing excellent customer service.
