We have a new and exciting opportunity with our client who provides end-to-end, best-in-class technology and services for the restaurant and hospitality industry in Europe and the USA, they are one of the most profitable Could SaaS companies. We are lookingto add to our existing team of RTEs, someone to look after our US focused Agile Release Train. This is key to the success of the growth of our business and we need someone with strong Agile experience and a desire to grow themselves.

You will ensure the delivery of maximum value through facilitating key program events and interactions, ensuring mission alignment and execution, communicating with and partnering with senior stakeholders, escalating impediments, effective risk management,and driving relentless improvement whist being part of 170 engineers across the whole UK and 900 people in the business globally.

**Skills for this role**:

- Experience in a Senior Agile role, potentially as a Release Train Engineer or alternatively as an Agile Delivery Manager, Agile programme Manager
- Scrum Master experience with a deep understanding of Agile
- Lean, Agile and SAFe principles and best practice
- Coordinate multiple projects within the context of SDLC (software development lifecycle)
- Flexibility to work UK and US time zones
