We collaborate with clients to build new banking services and state-of-the-art customer experiences on our open banking platform, helping them operate more sustainably.At Temenos, we have an open-minded and inclusive culture, where everyone has the power to create their own destiny and make a positive contribution to the world of banking and society.THE ROLEAs a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will be the servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) for the AIART, enabling high-performing teams to deliver continuous value aligned with Temenos’ strategic goals. You will facilitate ART events, manage risks and dependencies, and drive relentless improvement across the train. This role is critical to our AI and Innovation initiatives, including AI products for core banking, financial crime mitigation, and our AI low/no code platform.OPPORTUNITIESSAFe & ART LeadershipLaunch and manage Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in accordance with SAFe principles.Facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs (Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync), and Inspect & Adapt workshops.Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders, resolving impediments and managing risks.Execution & DeliveryDrive the execution of PI Objectives and ensure continuous flow of value.Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners in backlog refinement and dependency resolution.Monitor ART metrics and coach teams on Lean-Agile practices.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a liaison between ARTs and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Escalate issues appropriately and manage cross-train dependencies.Coaching & EnablementMentor Scrum Masters and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Promote psychological safety, team empowerment, and agile maturity.SKILLS10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with at least 3 years as an RTE or equivalent.Deep understanding of SAFe, Lean-Agile principles, and Agile product development.Proven experience in facilitating PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies.Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.Experience with AI/ML product development is a plus.SAFe RTE certification preferred.VALUESCare about SAFe & ART LeadershipCommit to Agile way of working.Collaborate across ARTs and verticals.Challenge any blockers to successful PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies.SOME OF OUR BENEFITS INCLUDE:Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second monthCivil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
