I am currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrative Support Assistant to join my client, a leading company in their field.Based in Avonmouth plenty of parking so no worries where to park each day Hours of work will be 8.00-4.00pmSalary £22,000 -£24,000 depending on experience20 days holidays plus bank holidaysMain duties:" Assist with any ticket processing left over from nightshift" Quality check of entries made overnight" Creation of subcontractor sheet for previous week" Update with any last minutesubmissions" Assist with completion of subbie rates into sheet" Issue purchase orders through Sage" Generation of self-bill invoices for self-billing subcontractors (BAT & BASS)" Handling any queries from subcontractors, confirming, and re-issuing POs if required"Chase subbies for outstanding tickets coming to light from invoice clearing difficulties" Action credits received and approve invoices on Paperless that have been held due to credit requests" Recording staff holiday and sickness within Sage Payroll, Addtimeclocking in system and Outlook calendar" Monitor probation dates and issue staff contracts" Keeping all personnel files updated and GDPR compliant" Maintenance of nominal adjustment sheets to enable costings to be allocated correctly" Emailing of copy invoicesto surveyors" Uploading of invoices to customers on using Tradex" Emailing of remittances following completion of pay runs" Clear down of orders greater than 6 months with no activity on Weighsoft" Issue recharge invoices where necessary between BAT/BASS dueto incorrect quarry collections etc" Generation of daily profit margin report for BASS" Drawdown requests from RBS Facflow when required" Entry of all client advice notes to Facflow and filing in Paperless" Processing of weekly pay runs for BAT and BASS (monthly& weekly suppliers)" Weekly generation of sales invoice runs for BASS" Importing of BAT invoice runs once completed" End of month reconciliation of Facflow" Issuing approved credit notes for BASS/BAT when requiredYou will need:" An eye for detail." Excellenttyping skills with a high level of accuracy." Experience with Excel including an understanding of basic Excel formulas." Experience with Sage is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided." Must be reliable."
