**Project Manager, Programme Manager, Business Systems / Software, Manufacturing**

This is a newly-created opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager, to join a leading, international manufacturer at the perfect time to have a real impact and shape the direction of this area of the business.

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Global Projects Director, The Project Manager / Programme Manager will lead and manage multiple concurrent global systems projects such as global software rollouts, implementations and upgrades, as well as data projects and projectsrelating to business and transformational change.The Project Manager / Programme Manager will be joining an innovative and successful organisation who work on an enterprise scale whilst maintaining an inclusive SME-style environment.The role will involvesome international travel - mainly to the US and Asia - and the successful Project Manager / Programme Manager will enjoy a mix of onsite (head office just outside Reading) and remote working, with up to 4 days' working from home available.

The opportunity is clearly there for an inquisitive and entrepreneurial Project Manager / Programme Manager looking for freedom, responsibility and autonomy to make this role their own, and have the satisfaction of seeing the real-world impact of the projects/programmesthey ultimately deliver.

**What’s Required?**
- A successful track record of delivering projects/programmes that are international/global in scope
- Experience gained within the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
- By extension, some knowledge of areas such as logistics, procurement, supply chain and warehousing
