The role

We have a superb opportunity for a Reservations Coordinator to join the team. As Reservations Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book for our popular drink and dining concept; HarBAR on 6th, award-winning seafood restaurant; the Jetty, and world-class spa facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and hassle-free booking process for them and will be required to coordinate with both the team in HarBAR and the spa, making sure all our guests have a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Working for Southampton's only five star hotel, you will be fundamental to the success of the ever growing Food & Beverage and HarSPA operations. Working within an experienced and dedicated team with no two days being the same, this is a role for someone who has a passion for hospitality, and wants to work for a well-established and industry leading hotel.
- You will need amazing organistional skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritise work-loads and superb communication. You will also need to be fluent in English and ideally have some experience in a similar role, however full training will be given and you will also be supported by the management team day-to-day.
