**Operations Manager - Luxury Hotel & Resort**

**Salary circa £42,500 per annum**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations. In this role, you will ensure smooth functioning and exceptional service across all departments, including Rooms Division, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily operations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Foster a customer-centric culture and respond to guest feedback effectively.
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize financial outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local community organisations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel or resort operations management, preferably in an upscale or luxury property. - minimum 4 years.
- Proven strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in Guestline, Reslynx, and other relevant software preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations.
