We are looking for a fabulous recent graduate with a passion for hospitality and a desire to kickstart your career in the vibrant world of Food & Beverage as a **Graduate Management Trainee** to join our team at The Barnsdale Hotel, Rutland Water.

Our 46 bedroom hotel overlooks the beautiful Rutland landscape with a picturesque courtyard, with a kitchen brigade providing fine dining using many ingredients sourced from the wealth of fine produce found in the locality. Encircled by idyllic surroundings on the north shore of Rutland Water, the hotel is a tranquil rural haven, close to the charming market towns of Oakham and Uppingham.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll embark on a 12-month journey that will immerse you in every aspect of our Food & Beverage operations. Here's what you can expect:

- Rotational Experience: Gain hands-on experience across our diverse range of restaurants, bars, and events. From fine dining to casual outlets, you'll have the chance to work in different settings, each offering unique challenges and learning opportunities.
- Career Development: We are committed to your success. Throughout the program, you'll have regular performance reviews and feedback sessions in partnership with your line manager and our Group Learning & Development Manager to ensure you're on the right track. By the end of the 12 months, you'll have a deep understanding of hotel operations and may even be ready for a more senior role in our Collection.

- What we're looking for:

- A recent graduate with a degree in Hospitality, Events, Business, or a related field, accompanied by Right to Work in the UK.
- A full UK driving license, due to our remote location.
- A passion for Food & Beverage and a desire to build a career in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to work in across various shifts and departments.
- A learning mindset, the ability to view every challenge as an opportunity to learn.
