**Job Title: Mortgage Administrator**

**Location: London**

**Salary: Up to £30k - 35k**

Our client is a whole of market brokerage who specialises in commercial mortgages, bridging finance and development finance. They are looking for a mortgage administrator to join their small team in London so ideally you will be based around this area. With this role there is a possibility to progress into a self employed mortgage advisor.

**Skills required to become a Mortgage Administrator;**
- Experience as a mortgage administrator is essential
- CeMAP desirable

**Role responsibilities of a Mortgage Administrator;**
- Maintain and arrange records and documents
- Updating customer throughout the process
- Work closely with mortgage advisors to provide a smooth loan journey
- Oversee the client journey from start to finish

**Benefits of a Mortgage Administrator;**
- Basic salary 30 - 35k
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
