**About the role**

Are you an experienced employee relations advisor seeking a new role?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our employee relations function supporting our managers with the effective management of Employee Relations cases.

You will provide coaching and guidance to Managers with queries or cases being managed under our ER policies and procedures. This means you will use your knowledge of our employee handbook to support effective resolution.

You will manage your own individual caseload, with supervision from an ER Specialist where required.

You will work alongside ER Specialists to support more complex cases to resolution and will contribute to the creation and maintenance of a suite of template documentation to support our ER processes.

Data will drive the decisions you make, identifying learning and development opportunities for Managers and the people function. You will contribute to shared learnings and best practice across the ER function to drive consistency and continuous improvement. This means you will support our culture of continuous improvement, identifying processes to enhance the efficiency of case management.

In the event of complex cases, you will escalate to our Employee Relations Manager for additional guidance.

You will demonstrate a willingness for continuous learning, maintaining up to date ER and Employment law knowledge. This is coupled with innovative thinking to support our continuous improvement mindset.

You will have experience communicating with people at various levels of seniority. This includes communicating specialist terms into simple, easy to understand terminology.

You will have experience building trusting relationships with key stakeholders, such as trade unions and employee reps, to support key negotiations and case resolution.

You may have experience working within a regulated environment; however, this isn’t essential as appropriate support will be provided to ensure you have the industry knowledge you require to excel.
