HR Advisor - 3 Month Contract - Chelmsford (Hybrid/Remote) - £18 per hour (Inside IR35) Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a HR Advisor to join on of their public-sector clients in Chelmsford on a hybrid/remote, 3 month basis. This is in ideal opportunity for someone looking for an interim position within a fast-paced, matrix environment. This role primarily handles the supporting of casework, with an emphasis on Employee Relations. **Responsibilities**: - Provide accurate, high-quality advise to line managers regarding employee relations matters. - Manage issues relating to onboarding, probation, grievance, sickness, performance management. - Communicate effectively and with empathy and build rapport across the wider business. - Perform against set targets to meet service levels, with a mindset focused on improvement. - Support development of local Service Level Agreements for People Ops, ensuring these reflect customer needs. **Requirements**: - Partly CIPD qualified or working towards this. - Demonstrable experience working towards targets in a previous role - A collaborative approach to working, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across all areas of the business and build quick, successful rapports. - Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads. - IT Literate.
