MBA are proud to partner one of the Milton Keynes most innovative finance organisations in their search for an experienced Reporting Analyst on a permanent basis.
The role can be based entirely remotely however an office split (Milton Keynes) is encouraged.
As Reporting Analyst you will design, create and analyse both operational and client data to identify and predict trends to help drive change in our customer and financial performance. The role is key to our client relationships and our own performance management,giving valuable insights allowing us to continually improve.
Reporting Analyst - Role Overview
You'll be working closely with the Client Services and Global Hub teams and Programme Managers to create, modify, troubleshoot and automate the availability of timely and accurate data, along with actionable business intelligence, to satisfy external and internalcustomers.
Timescale adherence and integrity of the MI Process is essential to ensure all data and reports are accurate, current, complete and consistent. You'll interpret and analyse raw data, creating meaningful reports which translate well to a non-technical audienceand confidently present to internal and external stakeholders
They'll also be an emphasis on identifying opportunities to drive changes that help transform claim outcome, together with introducing methods to update, simplify, and enhance data processes, procedures and technologies
Reporting Analyst - Skills
Experienced in data analysis and confident with reporting tools such as Tableau & Power BI.
You'll also have/be:

- The ability to present to a varied non-technical audience
- Manage IT related projects to resolution
- Sound SQL knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel capability
- Python knowledge advantageous
