This role is based at our Great Yarmouth office and is designed to provide:
1) Customer service and support for our business customers as well as sales support to our retail stores.

2) Lead generation via prospecting with both existing customers and potential new clients.

**What does the role involve?**

The Customer Support & Lead Generation role will support & contribute to sales operations; maintaining high standards of administration and delivering high quality customer service across the following responsibilities:

- Proactive telephone customer service and support for our business customers.
- Liaising with and supporting our business-to-business sales team.
- Providing administrative support to our retail stores for business-to-business sales opportunities.
- Monitoring and signing off customer paperwork to ensure internal and external requirements are maintained.
- Contacting existing customer base to ensure customer satisfaction and identify sales opportunities to increase product penetration.
- Contracting prospect clients to contribute to sales pipelines and identify sales opportunities.
