**Position Objective**:
To meet and assist clients upon arriving at the airport (s) while coordinating with the dispatch team and drivers to provide the highest quality of service.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- **Check flight information and operation schedules regularly**:

- **Contact drivers upon the landing of the client’s flight to confirm their location and, in case of any unforeseen situation, coordinate with the operations team to ensure a driver is ready to receive the guest and execute the trip.**:

- **Update transfer statuses online through the operating system**:

- **Update the Team supervisor on new Airport rules and regulations**

**Essential Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience working as an Airport Coordinator
- High school degree

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years of experience in Airport Coordination, Limousine Service Companies
- Has experience in tech or mobility
- Proven work experience in Travel / Hospitality industry
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication with stakeholders and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week

**Salary**: £1,600.00-£1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hounslow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
