Dispatch Operative

Total Staff Services are currently recruiting for a permanent role we have available in Ellesmere Port as a Dispatch Operative. Your duties will include collecting information, updating spreadsheets and reports and circulating to the Management Team. You will also co-ordinate internal and external stock reports, update customers with order status and chase suppliers to ensure that targets are met on time.
Salary guideline is between £21k-£23k depending on experience. Hours of work are 8.30 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 16.00 on Friday with a 45 Minute lunch.
**Duties will Include**:
- Checking orders before dispatch to ensure measurements and amounts of stock are correct.
- Updating files and reports online.
- Chase suppliers for stock and orders.
- Creating reports for online stock.
- Getting orders ready to be dispatched.
This role is permanent with an interview process. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn as you will be cross-trained within other departments. Previous experience within a similar role is required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
