**The Role**

We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production and timely dispatch of our high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting in the production and packing of road marking materials
- Labelling and preparing pallets for dispatch
- Carrying out stock checks and keeping accurate records
- Keeping the production area clean, safe, and well-organised
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials and finished goods
- Supporting other departments when needed
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies

**What We’re Looking For**
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A flexible approach to working across different areas of the business
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is **essential**.
- A valid FLT license is **essential**.

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
