An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a reputable organisation located in North Manchester. This role will give you the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and influence positive change across the business.

**More about the role**:

- Providing strategic advice and support to key stake holders on all people related matters with involvement in disciplinary, investigations and grievance meetings, ensuring the processes are managed in line with policy.
- Ensuring monitoring of sickness and absence trends are recorded effectively, providing advice and guidance accordingly.
- Responding to queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
- Having responsibility of managing appraisals and ensuring these carried out by managers as and when required.
- Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
- Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings, providing HR advice.
- Supporting project work including employee engagement and wellbeing and other specific upcoming projects.
- Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.

**Who would be the right fit?**

This role would suit someone who has been in a HR Advisory role or a Junior HR BP role for a minimum of 5 years and is confident advising, supporting managers & dealing with various level ER cases.

**CIPD Level 5 is also desirable**
