Graduate Trainee Teaching Assistant

Suitable for graduates of all disciplines.

A local school is recruiting for a trainee teaching assistant to work on a full-time basis (term time only).

You will work 121 and provide small group intervention for children, aged 11-16 who hold an EHCP (educational, health care plan). You will have a calm and nurturing nature, be resilient and have a passion for working with children. No previous childcare experience is necessary. You will be provided the opportunity to take an accredited qualification as well as on the job learning.

The role would be most suitable for a graduate with an interest in teaching or working in education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
