An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Trainee Medicines Counter Assistant to join our team. As a Trainee Medicines Counter Assistant you will learn to be the first point of contact for our customers, who are from every walk of life, and whether they need healthcare advice, we will train you to provide excellent customer service.

Duties to include:
You will be supported in learning how to deal with customer prescriptions accurately
Answering questions from customers face-to-face and on the phone
Selling/Ordering over-the-counter medicines
We will also train you to understand about patient confidentiality and data protection which are especially important when dealing with operational queries with GP’s

**Job Type**: Permanent
