Accounts Administrator

**Job Summary**
The Account Administrator will be responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing accounts payable, and financial reporting.
**Duties**:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Handle general administrative tasks related to finance
- Be able to run purchase and sales ledgers
- Organise purchase invoices and enter into the system and perform reconciliation.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Pegasus Opera software beneficial
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: Up to £16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
Work Location: In person
