Our client is looking for a new Retail Administrator to their growing team at Head Office based in Carlisle.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large retail company with a portfolio of some well-known retailers. This company offers unlimited pathways to progress and develop your career. The role is a real mix, including handling calls and enquiries relatingto the properties, database management, raising purchase orders & handling commercial leases.
As our clients Retail Administrator your job will include:
- The administration of the correspondence for the office including typing reports, letters and accounts, necessary photocopying, and any similar tasks.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and handling messages in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Liaising with external management companies in relation to any items of works, repairs or any other issue.
- Providing the Purchase Ledger Administrator/ Sales Ledger Administrator with all documentation and details required.
- Assistance to other members of the team when required.
- General office management and facilities duties.
