**The Role**
As a Customer Service Agent, you play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive high levels of service in all their interactions with us. You will handle complex enquiries, handle new customer acquisition and provide technical troubleshooting.

Being self-motivated, results orientated and a team player are qualities that our Customer Services Agents display. The best interests of our customers are forefront of everything we do. This is achieved with the understanding of and importance we place on learning from and providing coaching to our teammates

**Criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an insurance environment.
- Passionate about creating value for customers and delight in investigating problems and queries.
- Curious about digital technology and improving processes for the digital customer.
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Able to perform under pressure providing a quick and effective response.
- Keen to learn and develop your own skills.
- Understand how to work in highly regulated environments but are still comfortable challenging boundaries and driving innovation.
- Experience building and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
