We’re expanding our customer service division and we have immediate openings to join our diverse and talented team.

The ideal applicants will have experience working in a frontline customer service position. The top performers in our team come from a variety of customer service industries including; call centres, catering/hospitality, retail and sales.

We make it our primary objective to represent brands in a way that will not only increase their loyal customer base but will overall leave any potential customers with a positive and memorable experience. Our clients’ reputation is our main priority and delivering an exceptional customer experience is the secret to our success.

**Customer Service Representative Role**

You will be the face and voice of our clients. You’ll undergo extensive training to become highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable to be able to represent our clients in a confident, professional and transparent manner. In the first few weeks, you’ll be shadowing experts in the customer care industry who are trained in generating leads and turning them into paying customers.

It will be your job to make every customer feel special from the very first point of contact. It will be your responsibility to generate a buzz and excitement about our client's products and services, build a relationship with customers to gain an understanding of their needs, and in turn complete new customer acquisitions.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
