**What You'll Do**:
As a Customer Service Representative at Vision, you will:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service targets.
- Continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards
- Answer customer inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
