**About the role**:
We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic events professional to join Imperial College Business School as an Events Marketing Officer working across the Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions teams.

Our campus, hybrid and online events aim to attract and inspire the best and brightest students across the globe to join Imperial College Business School. Working as part of the Programmes Marketing and Insights team, this position plays a critical role in the planning and execution of a wide variety of student recruitment events across the portfolio of MBA and MSc programmes.

**What you would be doing**:
Reporting to the Events Marketing Manager, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities to support the overall events strategy.

You will:

- Manage end-to-end logistics for events, including preparation, coordination, and overseeing their smooth execution.
- Act as the first point of contact for event enquiries from prospective and admitted students, providing timely, informative responses.
- Source and prepare event materials, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and on-brand.
- Promote events, manage event platforms and update the CRM system
- Be responsible for providing clear communication and updates to internal stakeholders, external suppliers, event registrants and attendees

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of planning and managing professional events as part of an overall events programme.
- Experience of producing content for marketing communications, event listings, event webpages and social media, adapting tone and content to a variety of different audiences.
- Effective in building strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Solution orientated and confident in handling last minute requests or adjustments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present to a range of audiences
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills with a great attention to detail
- Experience of using CRM systems and event platforms

**Further information**:
This is a full time and permanent position based at the South Kensington Campus.

All appointments will normally be made at the bottom of the salary range.
