**The company**

This is an exciting role to create, deliver and manage marketing campaigns for events and digital publishing products serving a global community of tech leaders. Our client works fully remotely and provides co-wrong spaces for team members that prefer tobe office based. The Marketing Manager position reports to the Head of Marketing.

**The Role**

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and supervising the delivery of the business’ marketing strategy across a variety of digital channels in order to increase engagement, delegate ticket sales and promote events and digitalcontent across the portfolio.

The role also requires you to manage and lead a small team plus maintain focus on building and growing the international community. This role requires a creative, strategic and analytical approach.

**The Person**
- Ideally a background in Events Marketing, large scale events advantageous
- Demonstrable multi-channel engagement and attraction skills
- Ability to maintain and deliver on marketing plans in line with company objectives
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing best practice, channels, and analytics tools
- A day to day focus on data, analysis and reporting
- Proficient in use of CRM systems / data segmentation
- Applies a strategic, commercial approach
- Self-driven and results orientated
- Creative problem solver and effective decision maker
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail
- Embraces ownership and accountability over personal remit
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
- Effective people management skills, demonstrating the ability to mentor, inspire, support and develop direct reports.
