We're looking for an experienced Sales Administrator. The successful applicant's typical job role will include:

- Creating Property files and Listings
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
- Reporting monthly sales results to management.
- Supporting the sales negotiators with general office duties to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Taking phone calls from customers, solicitors and related professions.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Diary Management via Outlook
- Requirements for the role:

- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office.
- An administrative or sales background.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Sales Adminstration Experience
- Work well individually and as part of a team.
- Be aware that the job role is Minimum Wage PLUS commission.

There will be the rare occasion when you may be expected to attend a property.

We are a business committed to our Clients and you may be expected to work additional or different hours to suit the need of the business.

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
