A worldwide global manufacturer is looking to add a Contract Administrator to their increasingly growing business, as a member of the contracts team your main primary focus is to develop and maintain the accommodation booking system in conjunction with theexisting contract order schedule.. They have plans to double their turnover over the next 4 years with recent investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, training etc. in order for the team and business to further develop.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all Contract documents are processed correctly
- Processing the Timesheets with corresponding tracker reports and informing the Contracts team of discrepancies that arise
- Booking all accommodation and collating the data to build a robust data base to drive down future 'staying away' costs with the potential to accrue rebates
- Updating GP system with any account details that are required to ensure the smooth running of the department if requested
- Assisting the Plant Transport & Fleet Coordinator with scheduling including lifting equipment and testing certification/PAT. Including Company Vehicles.
- Liaising with customers with regards to their Contracts and customer queries answering phone calls
- Liaising with site teams in receipt of 'Pods', advising and pursuing to resolve issues of missing items of kit
- Supporting the rest of the team with billing queries and Purchase Orders
- Processing all contract related documents for mobilisation including health and safety site documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in Contracts Administrator role or similar
- Strong organisational skills are essential
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Manufacturing experience would be beneficial
