**Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Assistant**

**Location: Offices between Solihull and Warwick**

**Hours: Flexible, 2-3 days per week to suit applicants with childcare arrangements**

**Salary: Based on experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Processing invoices and reconciling statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Handling bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Assisting with payroll and other administrative duties
- Supporting senior finance staff with ad-hoc tasks as required

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar accounting role
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- AAT qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
