Sales Support Administrator

My client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team initially on a temporary basis for at least 6 months. There is a strong chance this position could be extended or go permanent after the initial 6 month period.

Your mission is to support your team by ensuring timely assessment of requests, customer financial analysis and by helping customers with their services.

**Key Tasks**:

- Building partnerships with assigned clients
- Evaluating requests and communicating approval or rejection.
- Ensuring the best customer experience and reseller satisfaction.
- Supporting Sales force and interact with customers.
- Managing Complaints and directing them to the relevant team.
- Reviewing accuracy and ensure completeness of all information and documentation.
- Contact with colleagues and/or Customers to collect the missing information/documentation.
- Entering relevant data into management IT systems.
- Providing support with the contract process.
