**Experience**
- Experience of working within a five star hotel or similar environment preferred

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Innovative
- Pro-active, reliable and flexible
- Able to work alone and within a team

**Education or Certification**
- High school diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent
- Good command of the English Language is essential
