**Experience/ Competencies**:

- Experience of working in five-star hotels and/or sophisticated bars essential
- Professional demeanor and adaptability required
- Creative and innovative approach
- Superior customer service experience desirable
- Reliability and Integrity
- Basic computer skills required (PC, Word processing software, Internet Browsers, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening)

**Education or Certification**
- High school diploma or GED; experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR
- Professional bartending qualification desirable
