Junior Sales Consultant

**The Role in Detail**:
As a Junior Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, building lasting relationships and providing tailored solutions. Your role will focus on customer engagement, sales activities, and supporting the team in achieving shared goals.
**What You’ll Be Doing Client Interaction**:
- Interact with customers in person, helping them understand our renewable energy offerings.
- Listen to their needs and recommend solutions that fit their requirements.
- Maintain a professional and approachable manner throughout every interaction.
**Sales Contributions**:
- Support the sales team by identifying opportunities and generating new leads.
- Assist in achieving team sales targets through ethical, customer-first approaches.
- Present clear and transparent product details, ensuring customers have all the information they need.
**Collaboration and Development**:
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to align on sales strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in training to enhance your knowledge of our renewable energy solutions and sales techniques.
- Share feedback with the team to continuously improve customer experiences.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK** (we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and explain solutions clearly.
- A proactive approach to challenges, with the willingness to take initiative and adapt.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems (desirable but not essential).
- Some previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is helpful but not required—we’ll train you

Pay: £25,848.48 per year
