Front of House Team Member

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service in person, by phone, or online? LED Leisure is looking for a friendly, proactive Front of House Team Member to welcome guests and support our centre’s daily operations.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide a warm welcome and uphold LED’s Customer Service Guidelines.
- Stay informed about centre activities and offers.
- Manage bookings, membership sales, cashing up, and general enquiries.
- Follow LED's telephone protocol and handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries.
- Enter and update data on centre systems (e.g., GymSales, Guest Sign-in app).
- Conduct centre tours for prospects and advise on membership options.
- Assist with health, safety, and cleanliness checks.

**About You**:

- Positive, outgoing personality and good communication skills.
- Experience in customer service (First Aid training desirable).
