**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your ability to manage time effectively and assist in various capacities will contribute to a memorable dining experience.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating knowledge of the menu to assist with upselling items.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
- Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and billing purposes.
- Support team members during peak times by helping with various tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in guest services or a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike.
- Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous, particularly in food preparation techniques.
- A solid understanding of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
