**Healthcare Co-ordinator - Right at Home South Liverpool & Halton**:

- Based in South Liverpool | Full-time | Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience)_

Are you an experienced **Care Coordinator** who thrives under pressure, loves building strong relationships and enjoys working as part of a team.

Right at Home South Liverpool & Halton is looking for a **motivated, compassionate, and highly organised individual**to join our award-winning office team.

**Your Role**:
As our Care Co-ordinator, you will play a **pivotal role** in supporting our office team, CareGivers and ensuring our clients receive care that is safe, consistent, and tailored to their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating and managing rotas that match CareGivers with clients based on skills, location, and continuity of care
- Responding quickly and calmly to last-minute changes or emergencies
- Building trusted relationships with both clients and CareGivers
- Leading by example in promoting a positive, can-do culture
- Assist with the supervision and management of the care team
- Handle client assessments, care planning & review processes
- On call roster 1:5 weekends and during the week
- Cover care visits as required.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Previous experience in home care coordination/scheduling (desirable)
- Experience in managing/leading a team of people
- Commercial awareness - understanding how rota gaps, care hours and service delivery impact business performance and ability to sell our care
- Resilience and the ability to **stay calm under pressure**:

- A passion for **delivering high-quality care**:

- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- NVQ level 3 (desirable)
- Business Degree (desirable)
