Position Summary
Services include but may not be limited to policy counselling, generating cost estimates, relocation agreements, initiating services with SIRVA connect and maintain regional tracking and reporting.
You will be the first point of coordination / SIRVA representative and deliver the following:
- Review and prepare cost estimates, relocation agreements, repatriation letters and assignment extensions
- Liaise with client recruiters for assignee specific missing data
- Initiate tax provider and immigration
- Initiate SIRVA services through SIRVA Connect
- Liaising with client contacts and other providers (where applicable)
- Data Collation for regional reporting
- Liaise and support client mobility contacts with end to end project management
- Support SIRVA global function with reporting and align process with regionally and strive for consistency
- Conduct benefit review with relocating employee’s preauthorisation
Skills & Experiences
- Direct relocation experience, onsite is desirable
- Awareness of assignment challenges in the global marketplace.
- Ability to research, identify and develop solutions to problems.
- Must have consultative, listening and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling interaction with various levels.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills including negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Must be organized, able to function as part of a team, a self-starter, and quality focused.
- Must be able to manage deadlines and multi-task in a face paced office environment.
- Ability to manage assignee and client expectations
- Good presentation skills.
- Creativity and the ability to work within a developing environment.
- Computer skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and job-related systems.
- Additional foreign languages are not required but would be desirable
- Previous international or intercultural experience.
- University/College degree preferred
