37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern
- 7 month Secondment
- Location - Tangmere

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with the scheduling team as a Clinical Scheduling Assistant. You will assist whilst on shift for coordinating an effective Clinical Scheduling function. You will review the staffing of resources and make changes to shifts as appropriate to provide the most effective response to patient demand.

You will need good communication skills to liaise with multiple departments within the organisation on various aspects of Scheduling. You will work within the local scheduling team in order to manage abstractions at a local level for training or other events.

You will be a motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as being part of a team.

You will have good IT skills including knowledge of the GRS rostering system.

Currently we use the GRS Rostering System but we will be changing to INJIXO and full training for this will be given.

resources against agreed demand profiles within designated
Operational Areas and liaise with staff and Operational Managers
to ensure rotas are planned and populated appropriately
- Assist in monitoring staffing requirements within designated

Operation Areas in liaison with the Operational Managers
- Assist in the rostering of the training/educational requirements

within designated Operation Areas in liaison with Learning and
Development and other relevant parties
- Input Abstractions within designated Operational Areas in line

with Trust policies and procedures ensuring that appropriate
records are kept
- Ensure that agreed procedures are followed in relation to the

Trusts Attendance Management Policy while on shift
