As a Clinic Coordinator (internally known as a Branch Coordinator) youll be the friendly face of our Chichester hearing centredelivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every visitor feels welcome and cared for.Responsibilities Diary Management: Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth clinic operations.Customer Support: Assist hearing care professionals in delivering exceptional service across hearing centres day clinics and home visits.Administration: Maintain accurate customer records manage stock reporting and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.Sales Engagement: Promote our Wellness program accessories and care plans through positive and proactive customer interactions.Customer Care: Provide premium service by warmly greeting customers answering calls promptly and building strong relationships.Branch Presentation: Maintain a clean professional environment and ensure brand materials are displayed appropriately.About You Were seeking someone who is:A persuasive and friendly communicator skilled at achieving positive outcomes through meaningful interactions.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations.Logical and proactive able to handle challenges with confidence and clarity.Personable and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer care.This is more than just a front-of-house role its an opportunity to make a real difference in peoples lives.
