**Overview**
I-PAYE provides a Global Employment Solution for project-based contractors and other temporary workers working in the United Kingdom and Europe.
**Purpose**
This role is for a knowledgeable individual to join our expanding business as a Finance Assistant to support our European operations. This exciting role involves assisting our finance team with various administrative and financial tasks.
The company is highly supportive of your training needs, ensuring that as a team, you will receive the necessary support in your role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Bank Reconciliations
- Aged Debtors
- Irish Monthly RTI - Preparation and submission
- Norwegian Monthly RTI - Preparation
- Swedish Monthly RTI - Preparation
- European Tax returns Annually - Preparation
- Overseas payments
- European Tax Reconciliations
- Pensions Reconciliations
- Vendor Reconciliations
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Provide updates and reports when required
- General administrative duties including dealing with ad-hoc queries in an efficient and effective manner.
**Person Specification**
Essential Criteria
- Proficient user of IT databases and Microsoft packages
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Highly organised and ability to plan and work tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with people of all levels of seniority and background
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve company targets
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Diligent attention to detail
