**Job Purpose** To provide credit control and support to the Accounts department.

**Majority of time spent** Performing support and administrative duties as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing Jenbacher and Waukesha Purchase ledger invoices
- Reconciliation of Jenbacher and Waukesha statements
- Process monthly Waukesha and Jenbacher payment runs
- Raising management charge invoices
- Counting & Reconciling petty cash
- Processing & reconciling expenses
- Other adhoc duties to assist the department
- Perform administrative duties as required
- Follow and adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental standards and regulations as appropriate to work being undertaken

**Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills**

Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel/Office essential

Knowledge of accounting packages.

**Essential**

Computer skills - Microsoft Excel/Office in particular.

Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in a busy and demanding financial office environment.
