**Marketing Administative Support (34 Hours)**

**About the Role**

The Rudding Park team's core purpose is to create timeless memories and instinctive care in exceptional spaces.

This specific role is to provide administrative support to the Marketing team which will help ensure the marketing strategy is implemented in an efficient and effective manner and that the integrity of the Rudding Park brand is maintained at all times.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Website**
- Ensure factual web content is up to date, ensuring accurate information for guests and a seamless user experience from social to web.
- Create Food & Flicks film schedule, adding new films, ensuring DVD's are available for each screening and appropriate licences are in place
- Liaise with third party marketing listings to ensure content is up to date

**Social **(approx. 80% of the role)
- Community management - monitor accounts on a daily basis, engaging with comments and responding to messages (refer to social style guidelines).
- Research user generated content, source and label suitable imagery
- Support arranging influencer visits and book with reservations team

**Design **(approx. 20% of the role)
- Complete accurate stocktake of marketing materials and re-order in a timely manner to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
- Log re-orders and deliveries of printed/marketing items
- Support with updating menus
- Print/collate items such as posters as required, Stargazing packs

**Generic**
- Manage marketing in-box and field enquiries appropriately
- Monthly extract of guest data to grow marketing database
- Ensure marketing team invoices are processed
- Provide support for tasks eg wrapping gifts assist other members of the team as required
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team

**About You**
- Two years' experience in an office environment, preferably in Marketing
- Sound IT skills including MS Office (particularly Excel) is essential. Knowledge of InDesign or other design software is an advantage, but not essential
- Well organised and able to prioritise own work
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Able to use own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and personable
- Strong team player
- Clean driving licence
- Be prepared to undertake any other duties deemed appropriate

We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to £13.50 per hour

This is working Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am, Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm and Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am

We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.

**On top of your salary you can** **earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).**
