- Experience in a similar role within financial services
- Excellent attention to detail

- The ability to efficiently manage your tasks and meet deadlines

What will you be doing?
- Accurately assess and manage all lending opportunities to effectively make a decision in line with Company policies and procedures.
- Proactively manage a pipeline of cases.
- Ensuring we deliver robust affordability, sustainability, creditworthiness, and positive customer outcomes.
- Ensuring SLAs are met and exceeded where possible.
- Gaining an excellent understanding of our credit policies
- Taking control of your personal development and performance
- Accountability for individual performances
- Consistent development of industry knowledge
- Ensuring our Fair and Green outcomes are upheld

Package:
You will be offered an excellent starting salary, including a 20% monthly bonus.
