**Role Introduction**

Are you a dynamic and creative digital marketeer with a passion for adventure and outdoor sports? British Skydiving is looking for a forward-thinking Marketing Executive to join our team and help elevate the visibility and excitement of skydiving across the UK.

In this role, you will take the lead on driving engagement with our audiences, attracting new skydiving enthusiasts, and creating a welcoming, exhilarating atmosphere for our members and followers. We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh perspectives and innovative marketing strategies to help grow our community, regardless of whether you have prior knowledge of skydiving.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will manage a variety of campaigns, collaborate with our stakeholders and internal teams, and take charge of digital marketing efforts across our new CRM (SkyVault), social media, our website, and other platforms. Additionally, you’ll contribute to content creation and play a key role in supporting event marketing for skydiving competitions and other key activities.

**Job Purpose**:
The Marketing and Communications Executive will be pivotal in promoting British Skydiving and supporting its various programs and events. Your focus will be on expanding audience engagement, attracting new members, and fostering a fun and exciting environment for all involved in skydiving.

You’ll be responsible for planning strategic marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams, and managing digital marketing initiatives on platforms such as our new CRM - SkyVault, social media, and our website. Supporting event promotions and contributing to our events and competition marketing efforts will also be key parts of the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive membership growth, increase engagement, and build brand equity for British Skydiving.
- Enhance the British Skydiving brand by gaining a deep understanding of our audience and translating that into meaningful marketing strategies.
- Use data and analytical tools to evaluate and optimise marketing campaigns.
- Support member events and activations, ensuring seamless marketing delivery at key skydiving competitions and events.
- Create and manage engaging content across our digital platforms to reach a broad and diverse audience.
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver on strategic objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Develop relationships with external partners, clubs, and community groups to support grassroots initiatives and increase participation.

- Skydiving Dropzones and members
- Internal Teams: Safety, Events/Competitions, Membership, and Leadership Team

**Experience**
- A degree in Marketing or relevant qualification.
- Experience working in a creative, fast-paced marketing role.
- A background in managing full marketing mix campaigns.
- Familiarity with sports or outdoor activities is advantageous, but not essential.

**Skills**
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including experience using analytical tools.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A creative approach to marketing with a proven ability to think outside the box.
- Relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Event management experience is a plus.

**Working Pattern**
- Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office - remote working could be considered
